Choreographer Vijay Ganguly reacted to this. In a conversation with Filmygyan, Vijay said, ‘Tamanna was the choice in my mind for this song. I had suggested. But Aditya sir was always clear that he did not want any item song type. He did not want anything to happen that would go out of the story. That’s why there were two girls in this song, not one. He did not want any one person in particular to get attention. So if it was Tamanna or anyone else then it would have been about them and not about the story. So if you go beyond the story, the song is completely cut to cut.
