G1 humanoid robots gave a futuristic dance performance along with human dancers on stage at Wang Leehom’s ‘Best Place Tour’ concert in Chengdu, China. Moving with precise and sharp mechanical timing, accompanied by live music and lighting. The audience was especially surprised to see his front flip and Webster flip.
The robots were successful in attracting the audience with their special look. These robots are looking amazing wearing baggy pants and signing shirts. According to the report of Futurism, the purpose of this concert was to show how artificial intelligence and robotics can enhance artistic expression rather than replacing human artists.
Robots won the hearts of the audience with dance moves
According to the singer’s website, as soon as the song ‘Open Fire’ played, robots came on stage and started dancing with her. The robots started moving in perfect sync with Wang Leehom’s choreography. The most special thing about the humanoid robots in the concert was that their movements did not look like machines at all. Rather, they were completely in tune with the beat of the music.
At the end of the performance, all the robots did a tremendous flip together. According to the official website, all these humanoid robots belong to Hangzhou-based robotics company, Unity Robotics.
